Shipping Info
- Merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours of order date. Orders made after 4pm will be processed the following business day. In the event that merchandise is unavailable to ship within this time due to backorder or out of stock or special order or being drop shipped from manufacturer, consumers will be notified of any such delay and alternate arrangements will be made.
- ClothingPipeline.com uses UPS as a preferred shipper and under certain conditions clothingpipeline.com may use other shipping carriers. Clothingpipeline.com only ships UPS Ground Track within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. For other shipping inquires please email customerservice@clothingpipeline.com.
- When ordering multiple-items that include out-of-stock items or items warehoused at manufacturers, ClothingPipeline.com may ship ahead in-stock items separately from other items.
Return Info
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We will credit the refund based on your original payment method.
You can also make a request to receive your refund in the form of store credit. Be sure to specify the refund method on the return section of the original invoice, located at the bottom of your invoice.
If you received the merchandise in damaged condition, please save all shipping materials and send an e-mail to customerservice@clothingpipeline.com immediately for assistance. Shipping cost back to our location will be covered by clothingpipeline.com only if the return is in regards to receiving wrong or damaged items. Shipping cost for replacement items will be free of charge only for shipments within the continental United States.

Sales Tax
Sales tax for purchases shipped within the state of New York is 8.375%. There is no tax applied to purchases shipped to addresses outside of New York State.
